PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive force control apparatus capable of securing stability of a vehicular behavior even in the case of a sensor used for left-right drive force differential control failing.SOLUTION: In a case where a sensor used for acceleration-deceleration control is determined as normal, with at least one of sensors used for left-right drive force differential control determined to have failed, the acceleration-deceleration control is continued while the left-right drive force differential control is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
