PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling wheel for a crawler-type traveling vehicle adaptable in high-speed traveling, also capable of being facilitated in assembly, and excellent in reliability.SOLUTION: A rolling wheel for configuring a part of a crawler-type traveling vehicle includes a roller 2, a shaft 1, sealing means 41, 42 installed on both ends, and collars 3, 4. In a structure in which bearing means arranged on the left and right sides is configured by a pair of cone roller bearings 11, 12 externally fitted to the shaft 1, in a state of having the cone roller bearings 11, 12 and the sealing means 41, 42 being fitted, pre-loading means 80 for adjusting an axial gap of the cone roller bearings 11, 12 are installed at an axial end of the shaft 1, and a pressing member 85 of the pre-loading means 80 applies preload by deflection force caused by a bolt 62. A change in the preload is reduced after reaching a required preload, whereby simple and favorable gap management means for cone roller bearing can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高速走行に対応することができ、しかも組立の容易化を図ると共に、信頼性に優れた履帯式走行車両の転輪を提供することである。【解決手段】履帯式走行車両の一部を構成する転輪であって、ローラ2と、シャフ1トと、両端に設置されたシール手段41,42と、カラー3,4を備え、左右に配置された軸受手段がシャフト1 に外嵌される一対の円すいころ軸受11,12により構成される構造において、円すいころ軸受11,12及びシール手段41,42が装着された状態で、円すいころ軸受11,12の軸方向すきまを調整する予圧手段80がシャフト1の軸端に設置され、予圧手段80の押し付け部材85が、ボルト62による撓みの力で予圧力を与える構造とし、必要な予圧力に達した後は予圧力の変化が少なくなることにより、簡便で、良好な円すいころ軸受のすきま管理手段を得る。【選択図】図1
