PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf spring device which is made compatible in both the high-fatigue resistance and the suitable toughness of a connecting part, and a manufacturing method of the leaf spring device.SOLUTION: There is provided a leaf spring device 1 which comprises a main leaf spring 20 composed of a steel plate, and having an elastic part 20b for generating elasticity while being warped, and an eye part 20a which is formed at an end of the elastic part 20b, and in which the elastic part 20b and the eye part 20a are tempered. Also, there is provided a manufacturing method for manufacturing the leaf spring device 1. In the eye part 20a, the end of the elastic part 20b is circularly wound. Then, the eye part 20a is tempered at a high temperature higher than that of the elastic part 20b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】高い疲れ強さと連結部の好適な靭性が両立される板ばね装置、及び板ばね装置の生産方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】鋼板からなり、撓んで弾性力を生じる弾性部20bと、弾性部20bの端部に形成される目玉部20aとを有する主板ばね20を備え、弾性部20bと目玉部20aが焼き戻しされている板ばね装置1、及び、その板ばね装置1を生産する生産方法とする。目玉部20aは弾性部20bの端部が円形に巻かれて形成されている。そして、目玉部20aは、弾性部20bよりも高温で焼き戻しされていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
