PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle floor that enables a floor mat 32 to be detachably joined on the surface of a vehicle floor carpet 24 without using a male loop fastener comprising thick rigid monofilaments.SOLUTION: The back side of a floor mat is constituted of a needle punching nonwoven fabric with heat melting fibers 18 exposed thereon, and the heat melting fibers are heated by laser beam and a molten mass 11 is generated, and thereby protrusions 10 easily catching surface fibers 21 of a vehicle floor carpet 24 are generated to the molten mass 11. A male loop fastener function easily catching the surface fibers 21 of the vehicle floor carpet 24 is imparted to the back side of the floor mat through the protrusions 10. The molten mass having the male loop fastener function is supported by the heat melting fibers 18 of 50 dtex or less, and the feel of the floor mat is not made coarse and hard, and the mass of the floor mat is not increased unlike a conventional hook element of the male loop fastener comprising thick rigid monofilaments.     【課題】太く剛直なモノフイラメントに成る雄面ファスナーを使用することなく、フロアマット32を車両フロアカーペット24の表面に着脱自在に接合する。【解決手段】フロアマットの裏面を熱溶融性繊維18が露出しているニードルパンチング不織布によって構成し、その熱溶融性繊維をレーザー光線で加熱して溶融塊11を発生させ、車両フロアカーペット24の表面繊維21が引っ掛かり易い突起10を溶融塊11に発生させる。その突起10を介して車両フロアカーペット24の表面繊維21が引っ掛かり易い雄面ファスナー機能をフロアマットの裏面に付与する。雄面ファスナー機能を有する溶融塊は、50dtex以下の熱溶融性繊維18に支持されており、在来の太く剛直なモノフイラメントに成る雄面ファスナーのフック要素と異なり、フロアマットの手触りを粗硬にせず、フロアマットの質量を増加しない。このため車両フロアは軽量化される。【選択図】図1
