PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member hardly shifted in position when connecting both end parts and a tire formed with the rubber member.SOLUTION: A rubber member 1 is extruded to be belt-like by extrusion processing and cut into a prescribed length. An end surface formed by cutting is constituted with an inclined surface 9 inclining in a thickness direction. The inclination angle of the inclined surface 9 is varied to the width direction. It is preferable that the inclined surface 9 is set so that an inclination angle to a bottom surface is enlarged toward a tip and as a thickness dimension is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】端部同士を接続する際にも位置ずれしにくいゴム部材、及び、このゴム材料により形成したタイヤを提供すること。【解決手段】押出加工により帯状に押し出され、所定長さに切断されるゴム部材1である。切断によって形成される端面は、厚さ方向に傾斜する傾斜面9で構成する。傾斜面9は、幅方向に対して傾斜角度を変化させる。尚、前記傾斜面9は、底面に対する傾斜角度を先端に向かうに従って大きくすること、厚み寸法が大きくなるに従って大きく設定するのが好ましい【選択図】図3
