PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the bondability of cold storage material vessels in a cold storage heat exchanger capable of realizing cold storage, cooling of an indoor space by refrigerant pipes, and cooling of the indoor space by cold release from a cold storage material and having the cold storage material vessels.SOLUTION: A cold storage heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of refrigerant pipes 45 each having a refrigerant passage and disposed to be apart from one another; and cold storage material vessels 47 brazed to the refrigerant pipes 45 and each accommodating therein a cold storage material 50. Further, an inner surface brazing material formed on an inner surface of each cold storage material vessel (47) is a brazing material excellent in fluidity than an outer surface brazing material formed on an outer surface of each cold storage material vessel (47) and containing a sacrifice anticorrosive material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
