PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a vehicular driving device that can shorten the whole length of the device in an axial direction and simplify shapes of respective portions in which a bearing and a seal member are arranged.SOLUTION: An output bearing B is arranged in contact with an inner peripheral face of a cylindrical supporting part 51 of a case 5. An output shaft part 3 is arranged so as to penetrate the inside in a radial direction of the cylindrical supporting part 51 and supported rotatably on the cylindrical supporting part 51 via the output bearing B. A cylindrical inner peripheral face 22 of a hub 2 is arranged so as to overlap with the cylindrical supporting part 51 when viewed in a radial direction R. At a space in the radial direction R between the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical supporting part 51 and the cylindrical inner peripheral face 22, which is a position overlapping with the output bearing B when viewed in the radial direction R, a seal member S that seals the space between the cylindrical supporting part 51 and the cylindrical inner peripheral face 22 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
