PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the centrifugal whirling of a propeller shaft caused by resonance.SOLUTION: In a center bearing support 1 in which an inner ring 12 attached to an external peripheral face of a propeller shaft and holding a center bearing 3 is arranged at an internal periphery of an outer ring 11 fixed to a vehicle body side via an annular elastic support member 13 which is composed of a rubbery elastic material, and protrusively bent to a front side of a vehicle, a spring constant is alternately changed in a circumferential direction by changing a length of a cross section of the elastic support member 13 between the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】共振によるプロペラシャフトの振れ回りを抑制する。【解決手段】車体側に固定される外環11の内周に、プロペラシャフトの外周に装着されるセンターベアリング3を保持する内環12が、ゴム状弾性材料からなり車両のフロント側へ向けて凸の形状に屈曲した環状の弾性支持部材13を介して設けられたセンターベアリングサポート1において、外環11と内環12との間での弾性支持部材13の断面の長さを円周方向交互に変化させることにより、ばね定数を円周方向交互に変化させる。【選択図】図2
