PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an impact absorption property at a side-face collision while suppressing an increase of a mass of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle skeleton structure S has: a pair of lockers 12 which is arranged at both sides of a lower part of a vehicle in a vehicle width direction, and extends to a vehicle fore-and-aft direction; an under reinforcement 14 which is arranged at a center of the lower part of the vehicle in the vehicle width direction, arranged at the outside of the vehicle width direction rather than a tunnel part 16 extending to the vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and at the inside of the vehicle width direction rather than the lockers 12, and extends to the vehicle fore-and-aft direction; and a second floor cross member 22 (cross member) which is connected to the pair of lockers 12, and extends to the vehicle width direction, and in which ends of the under reinforcement 14 are relatively rotatably connected to each other with at least a vehicle vertical direction as a rotating axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
