The rear seat air-conditioning unit 10 comprises: air passages 71a and 71c circulating an air flow to the blow opening sections 90a and 90c; and air passages 71b and 71d circulating the air flow to the blow opening sections 90b and 90d, respectively. A rotary door 80 adjusts an opening area of a hot air region 91a relative to the blow opening sections 90a and 90b, and an opening area of a cold air region 91b relative to the blow opening sections 90c and 90d.
