PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MIMO antenna and a MIMO antenna arrangement structure, capable of suppressing the deterioration of channel capacitance affected by a sun visor.SOLUTION: The MIMO antenna includes: a plurality of antenna elements each having a conductor element connected to a feeding point; and a base member having the conductor element and installed directly or indirectly on an upper edge part of a vehicle front glass. Let W be the width of an opening on which the front glass is disposed, and D be a shortest distance between the conductor elements in a direction parallel to the direction of W, then, D/W is equal to 0.35 or smaller. The MIMO antenna arrangement structure includes: the MIMO antenna; the front glass; and a sun visor arranged in the vicinity of the upper edge part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
