PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently, promptly, and reliably detect a damaging vehicle that is missing after a collision accident based on a secured damaged vehicle.SOLUTION: A computer 10 executes a first step of acquiring a three-dimensional image of a damaged vehicle, a second step of acquiring three-dimensional data of a type form of the damaged vehicle, a third step of acquiring three-dimensional data of an optional type form, fourth and fifth steps of creating a model based on the three-dimensional data acquired by the second and third steps, a sixth step of executing calculation for allowing both models to collide each other, a seventh step of calculating a degree of approximation of a shape between the model of the damaged vehicle after the collision calculation and the three-dimensional image acquired by the first step, an eighth step of storing the three-dimensional model data after the collision calculation of an opponent vehicle of collision of the damaged vehicle model having the degree of approximation of a shape equal to or more than a predetermined value, a ninth step of acquiring the three-dimensional image of a suspected vehicle, and a tenth step of calculating the degree of approximation of a shape between the three-dimensional model in the eighth step and that in the ninth step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】衝突事故後行方不明となった加害車両を、確保された被害車両に基づき効率よく早期かつ確実に発見する。【解決手段】被害車両の3次元画像を取得する第1ステップ、被害車両の車種型式の3次元データを取得する第2ステップ、任意の車種型式の3次元データを取得する第3ステップ、第2,3ステップにより取得した3次元データに基づきモデルを作成する第4,5ステップ、両モデル同士を衝突させる計算を実行する第6ステップ、衝突計算後の被害車両のモデルと、第1ステップにより取得した3次元画像との形状近似度を算出する第7ステップ、その形状近似度が所定値以上である被害車両モデルの衝突相手車両の衝突計算後の3次元モデルデータを保存する第8ステップ、被疑車両の3次元画像を取得する第9ステップ、第8ステップの3次元モデルと第9ステップの3次元画像との形状近似度を算出する第10ステップをコンピューター10により実行する。【選択図】図1
