PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle outer mirror device which effectively achieves reduction of aerodynamic noise caused by the vehicle outer mirror device without hindering the downsizing of a mirror cover and impairing the design and enables improvement of quietness in a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: A vehicle outer mirror device is provided with: an air intake port 24 which opens at a vehicle body front side of a cover 14 covering a vehicle body front side of a mirror body 12; an air outlet port 26 which opens at a vehicle body rear side of the cover 14; and a communication passage 28 which allows the air intake port 24 and the air outlet port 26 to communicate with each other. A vehicle body rear side wall 30 of the communication passage 28 is formed into a curved shape protruding to the vehicle rear side along an air flow direction in the communication passage 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
