PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam filling tool capable of suppressing influence on assemblability when a plurality of components are assembled.SOLUTION: A foam filling tool 11 comprises a foaming member 12 that is foamed by heating to form a foam body and a carrier 13 to which the foaming member 12 is mounted. The carrier 13 includes a first guide part 21 that guides foam of the foaming member 12 to an inner peripheral surface of a hollow structure. The first guide part 21 includes a first guide plate 22 and a first buffer part 23 that projects from the first guide plate 22 to the inner peripheral surface of the hollow structure. The first buffer part 23 projects to the inner peripheral surface of the hollow structure further than the foaming member 12. The first buffer part 23 has a thickness dimension smaller than that of the first guide plate 22. The foam filling tool 11 is mounted to a first component C1 before being assembled to a second component C2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
