PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structural integration of attachments that accommodates a mismatch in the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) occurring in a lip skin and a bulkhead and reduces thermally induced fatigue, for nacelle and engine cowlings.SOLUTION: A structural system for accommodating the thermal expansion of a nacelle lip skin 24 and supporting structure has the lip skin 24 and a first angle element 62 attached to the lip skin 24.
