PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device capable of reducing man-hour for airtightness inspection of a unit housing.SOLUTION: A torque detection device 34 is equipped with magnetic elements 61 and 62 outputting signals corresponding to a magnetic flux of a magnetic circuit including a magnetic yoke. Further, the torque detection device 34 is equipped with a signal taking-out member 63 electrically connected with the magnetic elements 61 and 62, and a unit housing 43 formed of a resin, and integrally molded while covering the magnetic elements 61 and 62 and the signal taking-out member 63. The unit housing 43 includes a body portion 50 in which an inner space 86 storing the magnetic yoke is formed, and a connector portion in which an inner space 75 where one end of the signal taking-out member 63 exposed from the resin is disposed, is formed. In the unit housing 43, a communication path 87 which makes the inner space 86 and the inner space 75 communicate with each other, is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
