The discrimination part 224 discriminates types of vehicles 100-1 to 100-3 that are connected to a house 200, namely, any one of a hybrid vehicle, a fuel cell vehicle and an electric vehicle and whether the vehicle outputs DC power or AC power. In accordance with a priority order that is determined for types of vehicles for each predetermined state of a plurality of states, the control part 226 determines a priority order of power supply from the vehicles 100-1 to 100-3 to the house 200 in accordance with the predetermined state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
