PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind guide structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables improvement of formation flexibility of a wind guide surface which guides travel wind to a vehicle body inner side, facilitates manufacturing and assembly, and achieves cost reduction.SOLUTION: A wind guide structure of a motor cycle includes an upper fender 61 which is attached to a position separated from a front wheel in an upward direction and has a wind guide surface 65c, which guides travel wind to the vehicle body inner side, on an inner wall surface 61y of the upper fender 61. The upper fender 61 includes a folded part 65 which is folded to form the wind guide surface 65c.
