PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle moment analysis device that makes it possible to implement a highly reliable simulation reflecting physical characteristics of tires in a stationary steering state of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle moment analysis device 100 comprises: an actual steering angle measurement unit 158 that measures an actual steering angle ψ in a stationary steering state of a vehicle 102; a tire characteristic value measurement unit 160 that measures a characteristic value of a tire; a region setting unit 162 that, on the basis of the actual steering angle ψ and the characteristic value, sets an adhesion region 172 inclusive of a center of a grounding surface of the grounding surface 170 of the tire and in which friction force of the tire based on a friction characteristic of the tire is larger than resilient force based on a rigid characteristic of the tire, and a sliding region 174 in which the resilient force is larger than the friction force of the grounding surface; and a simulation unit 152 that, with the center of the grounding surface as a reference, calculates a resilient force moment Mz1(ψ) in the adhesion region, calculates friction force moments Mz2(ψ) and Mz3(ψ) in the sliding region, and approximates a restoration moment Mz(ψ) with respect to the actual steering angle ψ using the moments.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
