PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable transmitter and a transmission/reception system for ensuring safety of the weak in traffic such as a kindergarten child, a school child and an elderly person.SOLUTION: The portable transmitter includes: a 429 MHz band transmission part 120 having a specific low power reception part 122 for sensing the presence/absence of radio waves of continuously transmittable channels specified by the Radio Law in a 429 MHz band and a specific low power transmission part 123 for transmitting radio waves of power specified as specific low power by using channels with no radio wave among the continuously transmittable channels specified by the Radio Law in the 429 MHz band; and a 10.5 GHz band transmission part 130 for transmitting weak radio waves specified by the Radio Law in a 10.5 GHz band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】本発明は、園児、学童、高齢者などの交通弱者の安全を図る送受信システムおよび携帯型発信機に関し、交通弱者の安全を図るという目的に合致した携帯型発信機および送受信システムを提供する。【解決手段】携帯型発信機が、429MHz帯であって電波法に規定された連続送信可能なチャンネルの電波の有無をセンシングする特定小電力受信部122と、429MHz帯であって電波法に規定された連続送信可能なチャンネルのうちの電波が存在しないチャンネルを使って特定小電力として規定されているパワーの電波を送信する特定小電力送信部123とを備えた429MHz帯送信部120、および、10.5GHz帯であって電波法規定内の微弱電波を送信する10.5GHz帯送信部130を備えた。【選択図】図2
