PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door impact beam for a vehicle which is high in rigidity, light in weight and low in expense.SOLUTION: A door impact beam for a vehicle has a first groove part, a second groove part and a connection wall part. The first groove part and second groove part extend to a prescribed direction along a first door panel, and are opened toward a second door panel side. The second groove part is formed in a width direction of the first groove part with a prescribed interval. The connection wall part extends to the prescribed direction along the second door panel. The connection wall part connects one side wall part of the first groove part and one side wall part of the second groove part. The first groove part has a protrusion which protrudes from an end part at the second door part side to the inside of the first groove part at the other side wall part, and extends to the prescribed direction. The second groove part has a protrusion which protrudes from the end part at the second door panel side to the inside of the second groove part at the other side wall part, and extends to the prescribed direction. The first groove part, second groove part and connection wall part are integrally formed by an extrusion molding method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】曲げ剛性が高く、軽量かつ安価な車両用ドアインパクトビームを提供する。【解決手段】 車両用ドアインパクトビームは、第1溝部、第2溝部及び接続壁部を有する。第1溝部及び第2溝部は、第1ドアパネルに沿って所定の方向へ延び、第2ドアパネル側へ向かって開放されている。第2溝部は、前記第1溝部の幅方向に所定の間隔をおいて配置されている。接続壁部は、前記第2ドアパネルに沿って前記所定の方向に延びている。接続壁部は、第1溝部の一方の側壁部と、前記第2溝部の一方の側壁部とを接続する。前記第1溝部は、他方の側壁部における、前記第2ドアパネル側の端部から前記第1溝部の内側へ突出し、且つ前記所定の方向へ延びる凸部を有する。前記第2溝部は他方の側壁部における、前記第2ドアパネル側の端部から前記第2溝部の内側へ突出し、且つ前記所定の方向へ延びる凸部を有する。前記第1溝部、前記第2溝部、及び前記接続壁部が押出成型法を用いて一体的に形成されている。【選択図】図4
