PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater unmanned vehicle carrier device capable of easily carrying an underwater unmanned vehicle while suppressing damage to the underwater unmanned vehicle.SOLUTION: A carrier device for an underwater unmanned vehicle V for reciprocating the underwater unmanned vehicle V between a mother ship S and underwater, comprises: a pedestal 2 provided with an installation surface 21 having a larger projection area in a direction of gravitational acceleration than the underwater unmanned vehicle V; a buoyancy adjustment device 3 disposed on the pedestal 2 and adjusting a buoyant force of the pedestal 2; and a towing line 4 connected to the pedestal 2, the pedestal 2 being made close to or apart from the mother ship S and the pedestal 2 being made to float or sink between a water surface and underwater in a state in which the underwater unmanned vehicle V is placed on the installation surface 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
