PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire for a heavy load of which a cut resistance is enhanced compared with a conventional one.SOLUTION: A pneumatic radial tire 10 for a heavy load having: a carcass comprising at least one carcass ply 5 which is configured in such a manner that a cord, which is extended in a toroidal shape and is radially arranged, is coated with a rubber; and a belt comprising at least four belt layers 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d which are inclined with respect to a tire circumferential direction on an external periphery of a crown part of the carcass. An innermost belt layer 6a of the belt layers, which is located on a radial direction innermost side, covers at least a tire width direction central part, and is inclined at 40° or more with respect to the tire circumferential direction. Belt layers 6b, 6c, which are located between the innermost belt layer and an outermost belt layer 6d of the belt layers which is located on a radial direction outermost side, are symmetrically inclined with respect to the tire circumferential direction, and the innermost belt layer 6a and the outermost belt layer 6d are inclined in a same direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】従来よりも、耐カット性を向上させた重荷重用空気入りラジアルタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】トロイド状に延び、ラジアル配列されたコードをゴム被覆してなる少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ5からなるカーカスと、カーカスのクラウン部外周上に、タイヤ周方向に対して傾斜する少なくとも4層のベルト層6a、6b、6c、6dからなるベルトと、を有する重荷重用空気入りラジアルタイヤ10であり、ベルト層のうち、最もタイヤ径方向内側に配置される最内層ベルト層6aは、少なくともタイヤ幅方向中心部を覆い、タイヤ周方向に対して40°以上傾斜しており、最内層ベルトと、ベルト層のうちタイヤ径方向最も外側に配置される最外層ベルト層6dと、の間に配置されるベルト層6b、6cは、タイヤ周方向に対して対称に傾斜してなり、最内層ベルト層と6a、最外層ベルト層6dと、が同一方向に傾斜してなる。【選択図】図2
