PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery tray structure in which a sheet metal stay is used to enable an engagement portion with a J-shaped fixing bolt to have the necessary strength, while a resin battery tray is used to reduce the weight, and which can stably hold a battery.SOLUTION: In the structure, a battery 1 is placed on a top surface 21 of a bottom portion of a resin battery tray 2, there is provided a battery band 3 for spanning and supporting a top surface of the battery 1, and portions of J-shaped fixing bolts 4 located over the battery 1 are tightened through the battery band 3, thus the battery 1 is sandwiched and fixed between the battery band 3 and the battery tray 2. The structure includes a sheet metal stay 5 having a U-shaped section, located from a lower surface 24 of the bottom portion of the battery tray 2 to a vertical wall surface 22. Each of support pieces 52 at both sides of the sheet metal stay 5 has a hole 53 to be engaged with the fixing bolt 4. When the battery 1 is sandwiched between the battery band 3 and the battery tray 2, a hook portion 42 of each fixing bolt 4 is engaged with the hole 53 to be engaged of the sheet metal stay 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】樹脂製バッテリートレーの使用により軽量化を図る一方、板金ステーの使用によりJ字形状の固定ボルトとの係合部分に必要な強度を確保し、バッテリーを安定して保持することにある。【解決手段】樹脂製バッテリートレー2の底部上面21にバッテリー1を載置し、バッテリー1の上面を支持するバッテリーバンド3を架け渡し、バッテリー1の上部に位置するJ字形状の固定ボルト4をバッテリーバンド3を介して締め付けることにより、バッテリーバンド3とバッテリートレー2とでバッテリー1を挟持して固定する構造において、バッテリートレー2の底部下面24から縦壁面22にかけて配設される断面コ字状の板金ステー5を備え、板金ステー5の両側支持片52には、固定ボルト4の被係合孔53が設けられ、バッテリーバンド3とバッテリートレー2とでバッテリー1を挟持する際には、固定ボルト4のフック部42が板金ステー5の被係合孔53と係合するように構成されている。【選択図】図2
