PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reproducer capable of increasing the reproduction sound level at a specific hearing position, with no adverse effect on the surroundings, and without requiring a large scale system.SOLUTION: A sound reproducer is applied to an acoustic space, e.g., a passenger compartment, and controls the level of a reproduction sound at two evaluation points set at the seat, or the like, in the passenger compartment. The sound reproducer controls the phase of an audio signal from a sound source 2 of 1 channel inputted externally, at a phase correction unit 6, and supplies to a pair of speakers SP1, SP2. Phase control is carried out so that the sum of reproduction sound level at two evaluation points becomes larger compared with a case where the audio signal is reproduced with only one of the pair of speakers SP1, SP2, in the whole audible band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
