PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery charge control device capable of completing charging by the time designated by a user while reducing the dispersion of a cell temperature.SOLUTION: A charge control device of a battery 20 includes: a charger 38; a heater 32 which rises the temperature of the battery 20; a fan 50 which blows air to the battery 20; and a controller 26 which controls the charger 38 to complete the charging by a designated charge completion time when charging is reserved, and drives the heater 32 and the fan 50 according to the temperature of the battery 20 and a temperature dispersion amount. Before the start of the charging, the controller 26 estimates the temperature dispersion amount in the battery 20 from a necessary charge amount and a necessary temperature rise amount, and calculates, from the estimated temperature dispersion amount, necessary power to drive the fan 50 required to cancel the dispersion amount, so as to calculate a charge start time on the basis of the necessary charge amount, the necessary temperature rise amount and the necessary power to drive the fan 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電池温度のバラツキを低減しつつも、ユーザから指定された時刻までに充電を終了させることができるバッテリの充電制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】バッテリ20の充電制御装置は、充電器38と、バッテリ20を昇温するヒータ32と、バッテリ20に風を送るファン50と、充電予約された場合に、指定された充電終了時刻までに充電終了するべく充電器38を制御するとともに、バッテリ20の温度や温度バラツキ量に応じてヒータ32およびファン50を駆動する、コントローラ26と、を備える。コントローラ26は、充電の開始に先立って、必要充電量および必要昇温量からバッテリ20内の温度のバラツキ量を推測し、推測されたバラツキ量から当該バラツキ量の解消に必要なファン50の駆動に必要な電力を算出し、必要充電量と必要昇温量とファン50の駆動に必要な電力とに基づいて、充電の開始時刻を算出する。【選択図】図1
