PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the rotational oscillation of an electric instrument for railway vehicle in a pitch or rolling direction excited by oscillation of a vehicle body, and to prevent noise generation resulting from accelerated degradation of an elastic body and oscillation in the electric instrument suspended to the railway vehicle or a box body installed to the railway vehicle for internally equipping the instrument.SOLUTION: An electric instrument 12 installing a support member 13 angled at an optional angle θ, and a support member 14 installed to a box body 2 are installed inside the box body via an elastic support body 16.
