PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in component fixing structure for a resin tank, which is able to restrict decrease in durability of the resin tank to which a built-in component is fixed.SOLUTION: A built-in component fixing structure 18 for a resin tank comprises: a plate-like fastening seat 26 provided in a built-in component 24 disposed in the resin tank 20, having a through-hole 32 for fastening and fixing the built-in component 24 to the resin tank 20, and formed such that a plate surface 26A, which is a surface disposed in contact with the internal surface 28C of the resin tank 20, is flat; a caulk fixing part 22 projecting from an internal surface 20C of the resin tank 20, passing through a through-hole 32 of the fastening seat 26, and fastening and fixing the fastening seat 26 by sandwiching the fastening seat between a projection part 36 and the internal surface 20C of the resin tank 20, the projection part being formed in a through-hole portion and projecting up to a peripheral part 26D of the through-hole 32; and a fragile part 38 formed in a part corresponding to the periphery of the projection part 36 of the fastening seat 26, thinner than a general part 26C of the fastening seat 26, and is lower than the caulk fixing part 22 in rigidity in the direction in which the fastening seat 26 is pulled out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】内蔵部品が固定される樹脂タンクの耐久性の低下を抑制できる樹脂タンクの内蔵部品固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂タンクの内蔵部品固定構造18は、樹脂タンク20内に配置される内蔵部品24に設けられ、内蔵部品24を樹脂タンク20へ締結固定するための貫通孔32が形成されると共に樹脂タンク20の内面28Cとの接触面である板面26Aが平坦状とされた板状の締結座26と、樹脂タンク20の内面20Cから突出して締結座26の貫通孔32を貫通し、貫通した部分に形成されて貫通孔32の周辺部26Dまで張り出す張出部36と樹脂タンク20の内面20Cとで締結座26を挟んで締結固定するカシメ固定部22と、締結座26の張出部36の周辺に対応する部位に形成され、締結座26の一般部26Cよりも薄肉であると共にカシメ固定部22よりも締結座26の引き抜き方向の剛性が低い脆弱部38と、を備えている。【選択図】図3
