PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship for reducing a friction resistance which sustains affinity with gas such as air in the water for a long period of time, has a large effect for reducing a fluid friction resistance, is economical, and is reduced in influences on the environment, and to provide a coating material composition capable of forming a coating film which sustains affinity with gas such as air in the water for a long period of time, shows an effect for reducing a friction resistance, and has an antifouling function even during navigation and even on a stationary condition.SOLUTION: A coating material composition can form a coating film which has a specific static underwater bubble contact angle and a specific underwater bubble rolling (sliding) angle θm, and is used in a ship for reducing a friction resistance utilizing a gas lubricant function in the water. An antifouling coating material composition contains specific organopolysiloxane, specific organosilane and a specific hydrophobic material in specific amounts, and is used in a ship for reducing a friction resistance utilizing a gas lubricant function in the water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】水中で空気などの気体親和性が長期に渡って持続し、流体摩擦抵抗低減効果が大きく、経済的であり、環境に与える影響の少ない摩擦抵抗低減船舶を提供する。また、水中で空気などの気体との親和性が長期に渡って持続し、摩擦抵抗低減効果を奏し、かつ、航行中でも静置条件下でも防汚機能を有する塗膜を形成することができる塗料組成物などを提供する。【解決手段】特定の静的水中気泡接触角と特定の水中気泡転がり(滑り)角θmを有する塗膜を形成できる、水中での気体潤滑機能を利用する摩擦抵抗低減船舶に用いられる塗料組成物である。特定のオルガノポリシロキサンと、特定のオルガノシランと、特定の疎水性材料とを、それぞれ特定量含んでなる、水中での気体潤滑機能を利用する摩擦抵抗低減船舶に用いられる防汚塗料組成物である。【選択図】図3
