PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an UP bracket by which fitting work for an UP bracket can be satisfactorily performed and dropping of the UP bracket at the time of collision of a vehicle can be reliably prevented.SOLUTION: An UP bracket 11 is movable between a fitting position and a pre-fitting position in the state that a fitting plate part 5 is engaged with an engagement recess 38 of a hook part 37 of the UP bracket 11. A rear bolt insertion hole 44 has a large width part 45, and a narrow width part 46 which extends forwards from the large width part 45. At the pre-fitting position, a bolt head 23b can be vertically inserted in the large width part 45 in the state that a bolt shank 23a is inserted in a rear bolt insertion hole 42. When the UP bracket 11 is moved from the pre-fitting position to the fitting position, the bolt shank 23a is moves from the large width part 45 to the narrow width part 46. A front nut 22, with which a front bolt 21 is engaged, is fixed to a nut plate 60 having a rotation regulation part 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】UPブラケットの取付作業が良好であり、且つ車両衝突時におけるUPブラケットの落下を確実に防止することが可能なUPブラケットの取付構造の提供。【解決手段】UPブラケット11のフック部37の係合凹部38に取付板部5を係合させた状態で、UPブラケット11は、取付位置と取付前位置とを移動可能である。後ボルト挿通孔44は、太幅部45と、太幅部45から前方に延びる細幅部46とを有する。取付前位置では、後ボルト挿通孔42をボルト軸23aが挿通した状態で、ボルト頭部23bが太幅部45を上下方向に挿通可能となる。UPブラケット11が取付前位置から取付位置へ移動すると、ボルト軸23aが太幅部45から細幅部46へ移動する。前ボルト21が螺合する前ナット22は、回転規制部62を有するナットプレート60に固定される。【選択図】図4
