PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure loss caused by equipment.SOLUTION: A vehicle thermal management device comprises: a first heat medium circuit 11 which has a first heat medium passage where a heat medium is circulated; a second heat medium circuit 12 which has a second heat medium passage where the heat medium is circulated; a switching section 40 which switches between a separate mode where the heat medium is circulated separately through the first heat medium circuit 11 and the second heat medium circuit 12 and a coordination mode where the heat medium is circulated straight through the first heat medium circuit 11 and the second heat medium circuit 12; a communication section 43 which is arranged parallel to the switching section 40 in a circulation flow of the heat medium and communicates the first heat medium circuit 11 with the second heat medium circuit 12; and equipment 44 arranged on the communication section 43. A passage cross section of the communication section 43 is smaller than: the passage cross section of a portion of the first heat medium passage to which the communication section 43 is connected; and the passage cross section of the portion of the second heat medium passage to which the communication section 43 is connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
