PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable replacement of a hydraulic sealed component without using a chain block in maintenance of a hydraulic elevator.SOLUTION: In a replacement method of a packing 58 or the like as a hydraulic sealed component in a hydraulic elevator 10, a support jack base and a support jack as replacement support tools 80L, 80R are fitted to plunger rails 24L, 24R. Then, fixing of a fixed part is released, an upper end side of the support jack is raised to separate a plunger 22 and a slide base 30, hydraulic sealed components related to a cylinder 20 and the plunger 22 are replaced, and return work is performed after the replacement. After a car 46 moves to a predetermined work position, the position of the car is fixed by a safety device. The replacement work is performed while a maintenance worker climbs onto a maintenance work space 48 on a ceiling surface of the car 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】油圧式エレベータの保守において、チェーンブロックを用いずに、油圧密封部品の交換を可能とすることである。【解決手段】油圧式エレベータ10における油圧密封部品としてのパッキン58等の交換方法は、プランジャレール24L,24Rに、交換支援工具80L,80Rとしての支持ジャッキ台と支持ジャッキを取付ける。そして、固定部の固定を解除し、支持ジャッキの上端側を上昇させてプランジャ22と摺動台30を分離し、シリンダ20とプランジャ22に関する油圧密封部品を交換し、交換後に復帰作業を行う。乗りかご46は所定作業位置に移動後、安全装置により乗りかごの位置が固定される。交換作業は、乗りかご46の天井面の上の保守作業空間48に保守作業員が上って行われる。【選択図】図1
