PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure of an air-cooled cooler which inhibits mud from adhering to an air-cooled cooler without impairing cooling performance of the air-cooled cooler even when the air-cooled cooler is installed in a mud-splattered area.SOLUTION: A bottom part of a vehicle 1 having a propeller shaft 5 includes: an air-cooled cooler 14 which is provided located in a mud-splattered area A where mud splattered from a universal joint 12b of the propeller shaft 5 reaches; and a mud guard cover 29 which is disposed spaced away from the air-cooled cooler 14 and covers the air-cooled cooler 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
