PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake duct structure capable of effectively discharging moisture in intake air to outside.SOLUTION: An air intake duct structure 1 for guiding air sucked from an intake port to an engine includes: a first air intake duct 10 having the intake port at an upper end and a water discharge hole 14 at a lower end; a second air intake duct 20 branched in the middle of the first air intake duct 10 and extended to an air cleaner side; and a rib 30 protruded to the inner side of the first air intake duct 10 at a connection portion 30c between an inner wall portion of the first air intake duct 10 and an inner wall portion of the second air intake duct 20. The rib 30 is provided continuously from an upper portion in the circumferential direction of an opening portion 22 of the second air intake duct 20 toward the lower side, and has a lower end located below a lower portion of the opening portion 22 of the second air intake duct 20. The inner wall portion of the first air intake duct 10 includes an acute angle formation surface 10a constituting an acute angle to the rib 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
