PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of adjusting a wheel load with a railroad vehicle not dismantled.SOLUTION: A railroad vehicle truck comprises: a transverse beam, an axle box, a support member, a plate spring and an axle beam. The axle box stores a bearing which rotatably supports a wheel axle. The support member is installed above the axle box. The plate spring is extended in a longitudinal direction of a railroad vehicle while supporting both edge sections of the transverse beam in a width direction of the railroad vehicle with both edge sections of the plate spring in the longitudinal direction of the railroad vehicle supported by the support member. The axle beam connects the axle box and the transverse beam in the longitudinal direction of the railroad vehicle and is positioned vertically opposite to the plate spring. An upper face of the axle beam has an installation seat having an installation plane where a push-up device to push up a lower face of the plate spring can be installed thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
