PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an aviation vehicle for power generation flight.SOLUTION: A method can include a step for making an aviation vehicle operate in hover flight orientation. The aviation vehicle can connect to a tether which defines a tether ball having a radius based on length of the tether, and the tether can connect to a ground station. The method can include a step for positioning the aviation vehicle at a first position which is substantially on the tether ball. The method can include a step in which by shifting the aviation vehicle from a hover flight orientation to an advancing flight orientation, the aviation vehicle shifts from the tether ball. The method can include a step in which the aviation vehicle is operated to rise, at a certain rising angle, to a second position which is substantially on the tether ball, in the advancing flight orientation.
