PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately testing durability of a tire against interlayer separation of a belt.SOLUTION: A test method of the present invention relates to a method of testing durability of a tire 4. The test method involves use of a running tester 2 configured to allow a tire 4 to roll on a running surface 8 thereof. The test method includes steps of; bringing the tire 4 into contact with the running surface 8; applying a load to the tire 4; and making the tire 4 roll on the running surface 8. The running surface 8 comprises a reference running surface 12 and a slat 10 protruding from the reference running surface 12. When the tire 4 comes in contact with the slat 10, a specific portion of a belt gets bent in a radially inward direction in a cross-section perpendicular to a circumferential direction. A radially outer surface of the specific portion has a curvature radius R1 of 50-120 mm, inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】精度のよいベルトの層間剥離に対する耐久性を試験する方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明に係る試験方法は、タイヤ4の耐久性の試験方法である。この試験方法では、その走行面8上でタイヤ4を走行させる走行試験機2を使用する。この方法は、上記タイヤ4と上記走行面8とを接触させる工程、上記タイヤ4に荷重を負荷する工程及び上記タイヤ4を上記走行面8に対して走行させる工程を有する。上記走行面8は、走行基準面12とこの走行基準面12から突出しているスラット10とを備えている。上記タイヤ4が上記スラット10と接触したとき、周方向に垂直な断面において、ベルトの特定の部位が半径方向内側に向けて湾曲している。上記部位の半径方向外側面の曲率半径R1は、50mm以上120mm以下である。【選択図】図4
