PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cargo receiving platform to be smoothly retracted.SOLUTION: A storage type cargo receiving platform elevating device 4, in which a cargo receiving platform 5 is retracted into and stored in a storage position under a vehicle frame, comprises: guide rails 8 disposed under the vehicle frame; a slider 9 moving along the guide rails 8; and arms 18, 19 connecting the slider 9 and the cargo receiving platform 9; a lift cylinder 20 for ascending/descending the cargo receiving platform 5; a slide cylinder 14 for moving the cargo receiving platform 5 and the slider 9 together; a controller which ascends the cargo receiving platform 5 until it contacts with the guide rails 8 during storing operation, and then, controls the lift cylinder 20 and the slide cylinder 14 to retract the cargo receiving platform 5 to the storage position in a state of contacting with the guide rails 8. During storage operation of the cargo receiving platform 5, the guide rails 8 are provided with the pressing rollers 8e, and during retraction of the cargo receiving platform 5 to the storage position, the cargo receiving platform 5 moves in contact with the guide rails 8 via the pressing rollers 8e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
