PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of acquiring image information in which an afterimage is reduced and which is shorter than a time interval determined by a frame rate, a camera and a vehicle.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: M (M≥2) pieces of first wiring; N (N≥1) pieces of second wiring across the M pieces of first wiring; multiple pixels which are provided in an intersection region of the first wiring and the second wiring, each of which includes first and second terminals and of which the first terminal is connected to corresponding first wiring and the second terminal is connected to corresponding second wiring; a first selection circuit for successively selecting K (M>K≥1) pieces of first wiring from one piece of first wiring in the plurality of first wiring and applying a voltage; and a second selection circuit for successively selecting the K pieces of first wiring from the one piece of first wiring after the K pieces of first wiring are successively selected by the first selection circuit, and applying a voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
