PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple calibration, consistent motion among various cranes, and more smooth and more consistent start to rotation and reverse rotation/reserve slewing in a hydraulic circuit of a crane.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit 300 has a hydraulic fluid tank 120, a hydraulic pump 310 for supplying a hydraulic fluid, a first valve having a first outlet port 154 for lowering an initial pressure of the hydraulic oil from the pump to a first pressure and a second outlet port 156 for returning excessive hydraulic oil to the tank, a second valve 370 having a parallel relation with the first valve, and including an inlet port 172 connected to the hydraulic pump, a first outlet port 174 for lowering the initial pressure to a second pressure, and a second outlet port 176 for returning the excessive hydraulic fluid to the tank, a hydraulic motor 190, and a shuttle valve 394 connected to the first outlet port and the second outlet port at its downstream side, and sensing the first pressure and the second pressure to allow the hydraulic oil related to the higher pressure to flow to a controller 311.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
