PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional flight plan creation method and a flight body guidance system for creating and guiding a three-dimensional flight route in which a distance between a flight body and a measurement object is maintained to a constant distance.SOLUTION: A flight body guidance system comprises: a flight device 2 which mounts a measurement device 7 thereon and which can be operated in a remote control operation; a position measurement device 3 capable of measuring a distance and an angle, and capable of tracking; a ground matrix 4 for controlling flight; and a control device provided on the flight body or the ground matrix. The flight body has a retroreflection body 9, the position measurement device comprises a non-prism measurement function for performing measurement of distance and angle, and a prism measurement function for performing measurement of distance and angle to the retroreflection body. The control device creates a two-dimensional outline flight route in an in-plane flight range based on a map, drawing or image containing a measurement object, performs non-prism measurement of the outline flight route, then calculates a three-dimensional detail flight route based on non-prism measurement of the outline flight route and creates a detail flight plan including the three-dimensional detail flight route, and on the basis of the prism measurement, controls so that the flight body flies in a state in which a distance between the flight device and a surface of the measurement object is maintained to a constant distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】飛行体/測定対象物間距離を一定に維持する3次元の飛行ルートを作成誘導する3次元飛行計画作成方法及び飛行体誘導システムを提供する。【解決手段】測定装置7を搭載し遠隔操作可能な飛行装置2と、測距、測角、追尾が可能な位置測定装置3と、飛行を制御する地上基地4と、飛行体又は地上基地に制御装置とを有する飛行体誘導システムであって、飛行体は再帰反射体9を具備し、位置測定装置は測距、測角を行うノンプリズム測定機能と、再帰反射体に対して測距、測角を行うプリズム測定機能とを有し、制御装置は、地図、図面、又は測定対象物を含む画像に基づく平面内飛行範囲内で2次元概略飛行ルートを作成し、概略飛行ルートをノンプリズム測定し、それに基づき3次元詳細飛行ルートを演算すると共に、それを含む詳細飛行計画を作成し、それとプリズム測定に基づき、飛行装置と測定対象物表面との間を一定に保ち飛行する様に制御する。【選択図】図1
