PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a backward over-winding operation of a jib even if a hook over-winding device and a boom second over-winding device fail.SOLUTION: A crawler crane comprises: a first automatic stop control unit for stopping a hook winding operation when a hook approaches a jib tip up to a predetermined distance; a second automatic stop control unit for stopping a jib standing operation when a jib reaches a jib over-winding angle; a third automatic stop control unit for stopping the jib standing operation and the hook winding operation when the jib reaches a jib second over-winding angle (>the jib over-winding angle); and a forth automatic stop control unit for stopping the jib standing operation and the hook winding operation when an operation stop condition is determined based on each detection value of a jib angle and derricking rope tension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
