PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delineator device and a speed guidance system each adapted to various road situations such as prevention of speed reduction and overspeed at a location such as an express highway where the traffic jam seems to occur in the road and capable of urging a driver to make a speed adjustment by actively encouraging the driver to work on perception and capable of being safely installed within the limited road space.SOLUTION: A speed guidance system installed in the vicinity of a road includes a light emission part vertically extending. The light emission part is mounted on a mounting part at an angle facing a driver when viewed from the front. A plurality of delineator devices installed at the height of the position of the visual line of the driver is installed at a predetermined interval, and makes the emission part emit light at the brightness identifiable by the driver at the predetermined speed according to the road situation, and thereby, guides the speed of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明は、高速道路などの道路において、渋滞が発生しそうな箇所での速度低下の防止や速度超過が発生しそうな箇所での速度抑制等の様々な道路事情に適応し、運転者の知覚に働きかけることで速度調整を促すことができ、限られた道路空間内において安全に設置することができる視線誘導標装置及び速度誘導システムを提供することにある。【解決手段】道路の近傍に設置される速度誘導システムであって、上下方向に伸びた発光部を有し、発光部は手前から視認して運転者に対面する角度で取付部に取付けられ、運転者の運転者の視線の位置の高さに配置する視線誘導標装置を所定間隔に複数配置し、道路事情に応じた所定の速度で前記発光部を運転者に認識できる輝度で発光し、車両の速度を誘導することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
