PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a rotational fastening member in which a rotational fastening member which is fastened by rotation can be operated using an unmanned flight body.SOLUTION: An unmanned flight body 1 can perform vertical movement, horizontal movement and horizontal rotation by controlling rotation of rotary wings 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D similar to a general drone. A socket part 13 for operating a hexagon nut 52 is provided on a lower surface side of the unmanned flight body 1 and on a position where is a rotation center of the horizontal rotation.
