PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an annoying drive which becomes a factor of inhibition of a traffic flow.SOLUTION: An annoying drive detection device 100 is provided that comprises: a front vehicle group analysis part 102 for analyzing whether or not, another vehicle is present in a prescribed distance on a front side of an own vehicle; a rear vehicle group analysis part 104 for analyzing whether or not, another vehicle is present in a prescribed distance on a rear side of the own vehicle; and a bottle neck state determination part 106 for, when there is no other vehicle in the prescribed distance on the front side of the own vehicle and there is another vehicle in the prescribed distance on the rear side of the own vehicle, determining that the own vehicle is a vehicle which is a bottle neck source which becomes a factor of inhibition of a traffic flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
