PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of enhancing the possibility that a user may visit a functioning facility.SOLUTION: The facility output control system is configured including: a movement history acquisition part that acquires a movement history of moving bodies after disaster occurrence; a facility identification part that identifies a facility which was visited by the moving bodies as an actually-visited facility based on the movement history; and an output control unit that, when an output request of the facility is made, controls an output part to output the actually-visited facility first.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
