PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bonded member in which a thickness at the time of a sheet expansion is made thicker by including thermally expandable particles inside a stampable sheet and both of securing of rigidity of the bonded member formed of the stampable sheet and a skin material and adhesiveness of the stampable sheet to the skin material can be sufficiently satisfied.SOLUTION: A skin material 2 is stacked on a stampable sheet 1 dispersedly containing thermoplastic resins, reinforced fibers and thermally expandable particles, and then, the stacked skin material and the stampable sheet are compressed by a planar hot-press machine 21 in a heated state so that the thermoplastic resins are crushed to increase a contact area with the reinforcing fibers, the skin material 2 is pressed on the surface of the stampable sheet 1, and the bonded member 3 with the skin material 2 bonded to the surface of the stampable sheet 1 is obtained. After that, the hot press machine 21 is opened, and the thermally expandable particles in the stampable sheet 1 of the heated bonded member 3 are expanded to form an expanded bonded member 4 having a predetermined length, and the expanded bonded member 4 is put into a cold press machine to be pressure-molded, and an interior member for a vehicle is molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】スタンパブルシート内に加熱膨張性粒子を含むことでシート膨張時の厚さを厚くできるようにして、且つスタンパブルシートと表皮材とからなる貼合部材の剛性確保、及びスタンパブルシートと表皮材との接着性の両方を十分に満足できる貼合部材を得る。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂、強化繊維及び加熱膨張性粒子を分散含有するスタンパブルシート1に表皮材2を重ねてから平板型のホットプレス機21で、熱可塑性樹脂が押し潰されて強化繊維との接触面積が増加するように加熱状態で圧縮することで、スタンパブルシート1表面に表皮材2を押付け、スタンパブルシート1に表皮材2が貼り付けられた貼合部材3を得、その後ホットプレス機21を開き、加熱された貼合部材3のスタンパブルシート1中の加熱膨張性粒子を膨張させて所定の厚さの膨張貼合部材4を形成し、膨張貼合部材4をコールドプレス機に入れて加圧成形し車両用内装部材を成形する。【選択図】図2
