PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the loosening of an axle-side attachment part of a vehicle height adjustment device.SOLUTION: A vehicle height adjustment device (11) comprises: a lower metal (7) having a cylindrical part (71) formed at a vehicle body side, and attached to an axle; a joint (8) connected to a piston rod (3) extending to the vehicle body side, and having a male screw part (8B) which is inserted into the cylindrical part (71); and a lock nut (9) arranged at an external peripheral face of the cylindrical part (71), and having an end face (9D) abutting on the joint (8) as a seat face. The cylindrical part (71) has an inside female screw part (73) for screwing the cylindrical part (71) and the male screw part (8B) to each other at an internal peripheral face, and also has an outside male screw part (74) for screwing the cylindrical part (71) and the lock nut (9) to each other at an external peripheral face. A pitch (P2) of the inside female screw part (73) and a pitch (P1) of the outside male screw part (74) differ from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
