PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance determination accuracy of an operation state of an electrically driven parking lock.SOLUTION: A relative rotation angle of an electric motor 22 of an actuator 20 is detected on a relative rotation angle sensor, then, an absolute rotation angle of the electric motor 22 is calculated from the relative rotation angle based on reference rotation position information acquired from a rotation end regulation part 24c which regulates a rotation end of a rotation member 24, then, an operation state of a parking lock is determined, based on the absolute rotation angle, and in addition, an absolute rotation angle of the rotation member 24 is detected on the absolute rotation angle sensor 29, then the operation state of the parking lock is determined based on the absolute rotation angle, so that, determination accuracy can be enhanced by determination using two systems, namely using the relative rotation angle sensor and the absolute rotation angle sensor 29. At the time, since the rotation end regulation part 24c for acquiring reference rotation position information of the relative rotation angle sensor, and a detected member 28 for acquiring an absolute rotation angle by operating the absolute rotation angle sensor 29 are provided on the same rotation member 24, so that, reliability and determination accuracy of operation state determination of the parking lock can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 電動パーキングロックの作動状態の判定精度を高める。【解決手段】 アクチュエータ20の電動モータ22の相対回転角を相対回転角センサで検出し、回動部材24の回動端を規制する回動端規制部24cにより得た基準回転位置情報に基づいて前記相対回転角から電動モータ22の絶対回転角を算出し、この絶対回転角からパーキングロックの作動状態を判定するだけでなく、回動部材24の絶対回転角を絶対回転角センサ29で検出し、この絶対回転角からパーキングロックの作動状態を判定するので、相対回転角センサおよび絶対回転角センサ29による2系統の判定により判定精度が高められる。このとき、相対回転角センサの基準回転位置情報を得るための回動端規制部24cと、絶対回転角センサ29を作動させて絶対回転角を得るための被検出部材28とを同じ回動部材24に設けたので、パーキングロックの作動状態判定の信頼性および判定精度を更に高めることができる。【選択図】 図1
