PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase workability in fastening a metal frame on an FRP floor panel with bolts.SOLUTION: A metal frame member 16, which is screwed to an end part in a longitudinal direction of an FRP floor panel 11, includes a frame installation part 17 that reinforces a vertical wall 17a with a plurality of ribs 17b, and bolts 29 and 31, which penetrate through fastening holes 11e, 24b and 25b formed at the end part in the longitudinal direction of the floor panel 11 from the inside to the outside, are screwed with female screw parts 17e and 17f provided on an area reinforced with the plurality of ribs 17b of the frame installation part 17. Thereby, it is possible to attach/detach the frame member 16 by operating the bolts 29 and 31 from the floor panel 11 side, and to secure a work space without being affected by the shape and dimension of the frame member 16, which can increase workability. In addition, since it is possible to determine the shape of the frame installation part 17 which requires a high strength without consideration of a moving space in which the bolts 29 and 31 are operated with a tool, a strength to withstand a collision load can be increased by securing a cross sectional area of the frame installation part 17 to the maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】 FRP製のフロアパネルに金属製のフレームをボルトで締結する際の作業性を高める。【解決手段】 FRP製のフロアパネル11の前後方向端部にねじ結合される金属製のフレーム部材16は、縦壁17aを複数のリブ17bで補強したフレーム取付部17を備え、フレーム取付部17の複数のリブ17bで補強された領域に設けられた雌ねじ部17e,17fに、フロアパネル11の前後方向端部に形成された締結孔11e,24b,25bを前後方向内側から外側に貫通するボルト29,31が螺合するので、フロアパネル11側からボルト29,31を操作してフレーム部材16を着脱することが可能になり、フレーム部材16の形状や寸法に影響を受けずに作業空間を確保することが可能になって作業性が向上する。しかも強度を必要とするフレーム取付部17の形状を、ボルト29,31を操作する工具の移動空間を考慮することなく決定できるので、フレーム取付部17の断面積を最大限に確保して衝突荷重に対する強度を高めることができる。【選択図】 図3
